1. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 603, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit this site, Vercel automatically records access data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamp. This is technically necessary for the site to function. 2. Fonts — Fontshare

This site uses fonts delivered by Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry, India). When a page loads, your browser connects to Fontshare’s servers, transmitting your IP address and browser information. 3. Instagram Feed — Behold

The homepage displays an Instagram feed via Behold (behold.so). Loading this widget causes your browser to connect to Behold’s servers, transmitting your IP address and browser information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For more information see Behold’s Privacy Policy.

4. YouTube Videos

My website embeds videos via YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page loads, your browser connects to YouTube’s servers — even before you press play — and Google may receive your IP address, device information, and set tracking cookies. If you are logged into a Google account, this data may be linked to your profile.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can prevent data transmission by not visiting pages with embedded videos, or by logging out of your Google account beforehand. For more information see Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Contact Form

This site includes a contact form. Submissions are processed server-side via Resend and delivered to my email inbox. No visitor data is stored by Resend on the client side. I store your message and email address solely to respond to your enquiry and will delete this data once our correspondence is concluded. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message relates to a potential engagement.

6. Images & Media

Blog, gallery, and behind-the-scenes images are delivered via Sanity CDN (Sanity.io, Inc.). Your IP address is transmitted as part of standard CDN image requests. No tracking or profiling occurs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Your Rights
